Bidders have to read and agree with all of our Terms and Conditions, Warranty Policy, Postage & handling fee, Shipping information, Payment detail, Feedback instructions before bidding.

The successful bidder must complete the transaction (check out and payment) within 5 days from the date of receipt of email notification at the end of the sale. Otherwise, it will be considered as Non-paying bidder and will be reported to Ebay.

We are not liable for any loss or damage during delivery unless transit INSURANCE is taken.

Transit insurance is available at the rate of 5% of final sale value.

While all care is taken, any errors or omissions in the item details are unintentional

Shipping & Handling

• Shipping and Handling fees include all registered postage and handling fees.
• No COD available at the moment.
• No pick up available, unless stated.
• Optional Insurance at rate of 5% of final sale price.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage during delivery unless transit INSURANCE is taken.
• Delivery is carried by either Australia Post or Nationwide courier company to residential or commerical address only, no Po Box delivery.
• Delivery time will take approximately 2to 7 working days for major city metropolitan Area and 5 to 12 working days for outback area.
• Please supply correct telephone number (preferably mobile phone) for courier to call when delivering large item, also it is very important to make sure someone is always available to sign for the item, otherwise there will be a delay for re-delivery after unsuccsesful delivery.
• All goods will be despatched within 24 hours of cleared payment received.

Payment Information

We accept the following payment methods:

• Internet Transfer
• Paypal
• Money Order

Final auction amount includes GST for all Australian buyer.

All winning buyer must finalise the payment within 5 days of winning date.

Please include your Ebay user ID or Item number as reference for all Bank Direct Debit and Internet Transfer payments, failure to do so will result us in delaying identifying your payment, therefore delaying posting the item to you.

For Internet Transfer, the transfer receipt can be emailed to us to speed up identifying your payment.

Warranty

Any warranty will be stated on our list, in the case no warranty information available on the listing, then we will provide 90 days warranty.

The warranty will be VOID, where damage to the product is caused by misuse, accident, improper use, abuse, use of product not according to factory recommended operation, tampered to the product, modification, alteration, repair or service of the product other than by us or reasons other than manufacturing defects.

Any Dead on Arrival (DOA) item will be replaced within 7 days from the the date of receiving the item, the date will be determined from the Proof of Delivery date from our courier company system.

Return and Refund

To claim DOA replacement, please email us to get Return Authorisation Number (RMA), all return without RMA will not be processed.

All return for Warranty and DOA after 7 days of receiving the product, will be at the buyer expenses for both ways postage.

All return must be accompanied with the original packaging and accessories.

We do not give refund for change of mind, so please check carefully before bidding.

In special circumstances where refund is accepated, at our discretion, 20% restocking fee of final auction value price will be charged.

Feedback Instruction

We recommend buyer to leave feedback after receiving the item.

Our automated system will leave feedback to buyer after receiving positive feedback from our buyer

Please refrain from leaving us negative feedback before contacting us in case the buyer need to fix the problem, negative feedback will not solve problems.

In a case the buyer choose to leave negative feedback before contacting us or allowing us to fix the problem, we will take it as final conclusion of the deal and we are not obliged to fix the problem.
